Endoplas (“Endoplas,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by Endoplas Inc. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Endoplas website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Endoplas is an adaptive AI orchestration platform. It routes your requests to one or more underlying artificial intelligence models operated by third-party providers — currently Anthropic, OpenAI, xAI, Google, and Moonshot AI (Kimi) — selects among them based on the nature of your request, and in some modes (“Council”) combines independent responses from multiple models into a synthesized result. Which providers and models are available, and how requests are routed, may change over time as we add, remove, or reconfigure providers.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at info@endoplas.ai if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account that occurs before you notify us.

Some features of the Service may be offered on a paid subscription or usage basis. Where applicable, pricing, billing cycle, and cancellation terms will be presented to you at the time of purchase and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
Responses generated through the Service are produced by machine learning models and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your purpose. The Service does not provide professional advice of any kind (including legal, medical, financial, or tax advice), and output should not be relied upon as such without independent verification. You are solely responsible for evaluating the accuracy and appropriateness of any output before relying on or acting upon it.
To generate a response, the content necessary to answer your request is transmitted to the underlying AI provider selected for that request. Each provider processes that content subject to its own terms and data-use policies, which are separate from and not controlled by Endoplas. We encourage you to review the terms of the providers listed in Section 1. Endoplas is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or policies of third-party AI providers.
As between you and Endoplas, you retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service (“Input”) and, to the extent permitted by applicable law and by the underlying AI providers’ own terms, the responses generated for you (“Output”). You grant us a license to process Input and Output solely as necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the Service, subject to our Privacy Policy. The Service itself — including its software, routing and orchestration logic, and branding — is owned by Endoplas Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if continued provision of the Service to you would create legal or security risk for us or other users.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENDOPLAS INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Endoplas Inc. from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your Input, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
